It allowed the return of defective products and shipments wrong, being TuCanarias who shall pay the shipping costs that the customer always communicate that fact within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of shipment. To make such a refund, the product must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and after checking the status of the same, shall be the amount of reimbursement under the modality of payment made by the client.
