Arehucas Distilleries:
The Factory, as this distillery in the municipality of Arucas is popularly known, was founded on August 9, 1884. Since then, the Factory has evolved from a purely artisanal, island-based business to a nationally established company that has successfully combined its traditional production methods with state-of-the-art technology to continue offering its customers the distinctive taste and aroma that have made it famous. Throughout this process, the company has taken great care to maintain the quality and flavor of its wines and spirits, which led to its appointment as a supplier to the Royal Household on July 4, 1892, through the General Intendancy of the Royal Household and Heritage, represented by Queen Maria Cristina of Austria.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. Responsible consumption is recommended.
