KALIMA, the bitters of the Canary Islands, crafted by GIN72 and Beso de la Mulata
This artisanal bitters is a tribute to the volcanic nature of the Canary Islands.

Kalima is much more than a bitters: it's an experience born in the volcanic heart of Fuerteventura. Its character is forged in the fusion of two unique ingredients from the Canary Islands: the prickly pear, the fruit of the cactus that grows in the island's arid and wild landscapes, and aloe vera, an emblematic plant of Canarian tradition, renowned for its revitalizing properties.

The result is a handcrafted Canarian bitter with its own distinct personality, where bitterness and freshness intertwine in a surprising balance, evoking the force of the wind, the intense sun, and the purity of the Atlantic. Each sip reflects the untamed spirit of Fuerteventura, a land that combines wild beauty and ancestral tradition.

Kalima can be enjoyed in many ways: let yourself be seduced by a refreshing Spritz, dare to rediscover classics like the Americano or the Negroni in an exotic version, or simply enjoy it neat to appreciate the authenticity of its flavor.

More than just a drink, Kalima is a tribute to Canarian identity and the magic of its landscapes.
