In Bodegas Platé, for more than 12 years, innovative products have been produced, the result of research and development of avant-garde ideas such as Banana Wine.
We make the first and only Fruity Banana Wine from the Canary Islands (IGP), various vinegar creams with pulp from different fruits such as banana, passion fruit, mango, blackberry and red peppers. We also make a unique banana candy in the world, similar to a quince jelly.
The idea of the project arises due to the quality and popularity of the Canary Island Banana, recognized throughout the planet as the best banana in the world. From this premise comes the initiative to create a banana wine in its two Fruity and Semi-dry varieties, other products such as Dulce de Plátano and Vinegar with Banana Pulp as well as other fruits, such as mangoes, blackberries and red peppers. In addition to offering a high quality product made with Canarian Bananas, which until now did not exist in the market.

It is made from a family recipe for many years. When we were childrens, with this sweet they prepared sandwiches with cheese and to put it between two graham crackers, as a delicious snack.
