TOASTED GOFIO CREAM LIQUEUR
Alcohol content: 15% vol
Raw Materials: Canary Island gofio, pomace brandy, dairy base, sugar, and caramel
Production: To make gofio cream liqueur, gofio flour undergoes a slow maceration process in pomace brandy. Once the aroma and flavor of the gofio flour have infused the brandy, the maceration process is complete, and the mixture is filtered. A caramel, slowly prepared by heating sugar and water, is then added to the filtered maceration, transforming it into the gofio liqueur. The final cream liqueur is the result of a slow and homogeneous blend of the dairy base and the aforementioned liqueur. Once the cream is made, it will rest for a period of time before bottling.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
• Visual Phase: Dense and unctuous appearance with a toffee hue.
• Olfactory Phase: Intense nose with a marked presence of Gofio over notes of dairy, cream, and butter, along with hints of caramel and vanilla.
• Gustatory Phase: Dense, unctuous, smooth on the palate with a long Gofio finish.
Serving Temperature: 5-8ºC. It is recommended not to serve frozen.
Best Before Date: This liqueur maintains its organoleptic characteristics for up to 5 years after its bottling date. Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated, not frozen, to avoid altering the product's original organoleptic characteristics.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place.
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. Responsible consumption is recommended.
