This wine has the privilege of being made exclusively by the variety of Malvasia, a varietal that provides a unique quality and production while having little unusual today, but became the predominant variety in our islands.
After a delicate ripeness, the grapes are cold soaked for 7 hours, the fermentation temperature is controlled between 16 th and 18 th term is in barrels (50% French oak and 50% American oak), which held a three months setting in motion the lees (battonage) conferring the wine a great structure in the mouth.
Tasting Notes: Yellow golden flecks clean, clear, fine nose of tropical fruits with a touch yellow. His mouth is wide and dense, with an aftertaste that reminds us of the variety.
